Refund Process and Submission Disclaimer
By submitting an appointment to the refund process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds for "12 Federal Employee Appointments" from Safe Money Events:
Refund Submission: Submitting an appointment for a refund does not guarantee that the refund will be honored. Each refund request is subject to review and approval by Safe Money Events.
Review Process: Safe Money Events reserves the right to assess the validity and eligibility of each refund request based on our policies and criteria. The outcome of this review will determine whether the refund will be processed.
Non-Guarantee Clause: The submission of an appointment to the refund process does not imply an obligation on the part of Safe Money Events to issue a refund. We retain full discretion in determining the outcome of each refund request.
Notification: You will be notified of the decision regarding your refund request within 3 days of submission. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed according to our standard refund procedures.
Final Decision: All decisions made by Safe Money Events regarding refund requests are final. No further appeals or reconsiderations will be entertained.
Chargeback Forfeiture: If you initiate a credit card chargeback against Safe Money Events, you forfeit any remaining budget or credits associated with your account. Additionally, by accepting this agreement, you agree to follow the refund steps outlined in this document and refrain from initiating a chargeback as a means to secure a refund.
