A quick overview of how this program has been structured. • Lead Pricing Model: Lead pricing is set at the beginning of the month. Then we add a flat margin per lead to cover agency time, software, and overhead. That puts today’s baseline at $90 per lead. • Variance Clause: If monthly acquisition costs climb more than 5% above the agreed raw lead cost, there may be a separate billing or adjustment to offset those costs. • Qualification Guarantee: At least 75% of delivered leads will meet the agreed criteria (state, agency, and age). • Commitment & Payment Terms: The program runs on a 3-month minimum commitment, with monthly prepayment required at the start of each month. • Rolling Balance: If the monthly lead count is not fully delivered, the remaining leads roll into the next month. Conversely, if the lead count is reached before month-end, you’ll have the option to keep the program going at the same rate, with the additional leads settled on the next invoice. • We use AI Appointment Setting o Currently achieving 40% direct calendar placement with no human intervention
